Do you ever feel like you have too much to do? Like you can't keep up with everything you need to get done? Wish you had a helper. If you nodded yes to any of these, then you made the right call by clicking on today’s newsletter. Today, we're going to show you how to use ChatGPT to plan your day and become more productive.

The first step is to ask ChatGPT to be your personal assistant by helping you plan your day. I asked ChatGPT to do the same, and here is the result.

Now that ChatGPT is ready to be your personal assistant, the next step is to personalize your prompt. This is how:

• Provide ChatGPT with as much detail as possible. If you miss any you can ask ChatGPT to add them in later.

• ChatGPT will then ask you a series of questions to work out the best way to set up your schedule.

• ChatGPT will give you a first draft of the schedule. Remember that sometimes ChatGPT might not include some things that are VERY important, like when you take your medication, which is not negotiable. If it makes any errors, just tell it what it did wrong, and it'll redo the schedule.

ChatGPT can do more than just help you plan your day. To become more productive, you need to be able to “Stay Focused and “Reflect on your Progress”. Let me show you two simple prompts that can enhance your focus and help you reflect on your progress.

 NETFLIX AND HOLLYWOOD DISPUTE ESCALATES

Netflix is facing anger from Hollywood actors and writers on strike for posting a job ad seeking an AI expert. The role involves improving the Netflix algorithm for suggesting shows to viewers and pays up to $900,000 per year.

Hollywood unions are worried that AI is affecting their jobs and pay. They fear algorithms are deciding things like the length of TV seasons, which can hurt their income. Some actors are upset that the money for the AI job could have supported many actors' health insurance. Netflix says AI won't replace human creativity. They also launched an app to help users find shows they like

   RECENT EFFORTS IN AI GOVERNANCE

The House Energy and Commerce Committee advanced the AI Accountability Act, a step towards creating rules for AI. The bill asks the Commerce Department to study how AI accountability is used in communication networks and reduce risks. It aims to make AI systems trustworthy and suggests guidelines. However, Congress needs to move faster on AI regulations. The House and Senate have not passed comprehensive AI bills yet. Congress is still learning about AI and how to ensure it's safe for everyone.
