But today, let's talk about something super useful called the MoSCoW Method.

And no, this is not about the capital of Russia hahaha.

This is a method I use every day and it is so cool that I nicknamed it the Priority Pallete.

I want to show you why it’s great, and how to use it like a pro!

MoSCoW is a short way to remember four important categories:

• Must have

• Should have

• Could have

• Won't have

It’s like a method you can use to decide what things are super important and what things are not so important when you’re planning to do something big.

The MoSCow method is so simple that anyone can use it.

This is because everyone knows what’s really important and what’s not.

But in case you find it difficult to figure out what is really important.

Start by writing down everything you think should be part of your plan.

Let’s say you are a digital marketer helping a company launch a new product on social media.

The most important thing, the "Must-Have," is to create awesome pictures and words for the posts.

If you don't do this, people won't understand how cool the new product is.

After making the posts look great (Must-Have), you can do more things, like building a special webpage for the product on the company's website.

This isn't the most important part, but it helps people learn more about the product and want to buy it.

Once the posts and webpage are ready (Must-Have and Should-Have).

You might think about extra stuff, like having a robot on the website that chats with people.

This isn't super necessary, but it could make things more interesting for visitors.

Because there's not a lot of time, you might decide to skip using a new email tool (Won't-Have).

You know it's not the most important thing for the launch, so you focus on the main parts instead.

Sounds really cool and easy.
