seems like Amazon is gearing up to join the AI Race, with ChatGPT and Google, as Amazon Web Services (AWS) have extended their partnership with Hugging face. AWS will make Hugging Face's language generation tools, including a ChatGPT rival, available to cloud customers for their own applications.

This news also aligns perfectly with last week when the CEO of Amazon said they’ve been working on ChatGPT Like for a long time now.

"I think it's exciting, what's possible with generative AI," Jassy told the FT. "And it's part of what you're seeing with models like ChatGPT. But most large, deeply technical companies like ours, have been working on these very large, generative AI models themselves for a long time.”

AI Used in Decryption Hack

So, you know how NIST recommended this fancy encryption thing called CRYSTALS-Kyber to protect against quantum computer attacks? (you probably don’t, and neither did i).

Well, turns out, it's been broken already! Some smarty-pants researchers from Sweden used AI and side-channel attacks to crack it open like a peanut. And get this, they used deep learning analysis to do it! So, not only do we have to worry about quantum computers breaking our encryption, but now we gotta worry about super-smart robots doing it too.

Not to fret, NIST has plans to make encryption great again. They're gonna create more complicated math problems that are resistant to quantum decryption. It's called quantum-safe, which basically means it's safe until it's not safe anymore. But wait, there's more! These Swedish researchers say that their AI method could work on other encryption schemes too! Yikes!
